All three employees were wonderfully friendly and funny and they went out of their way to mak... read more This was my first time at a MOD, and it was a fabulous experience. All three employees were wonderfully friendly and funny and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to make sure I got what I wanted. I asked for a cup of ice, then later changed my mind and ordered a fountain drink, and the young man taking my order treated me to the drink. Really nice. The food was terrific. The pizza was a treat for my father in the hospital across the street, and he enjoyed it so much that it made his whole weekend. The lemonade was fresh, delicious and super-refreshing. The desserts (high-quality versions of The kinds of snack cakes I ate as a kid) were an awesome surprise? I have a killer sweet tooth and they were maybe the best treats I?ve ever had from a quick ? service restaurant. that?s not an exaggeration? they were really, really good. So there you go: if I only had great things to say about the food, that would be something; if I only had great things to say about the customer service, that would be something else; the fact that BOTH are exemplary makes this location a must-try.

The... read more We?ve been to this MOD a few times and the service is always nice BUT tonight the service was outstanding! The Team of Fellas made the experience a fun one. The Guys on the line were quick and made the pies very well to each persons liking. We were very pleased with the evening shift of 6/27!

The guy with the colored curly hair seemed pretty rude and uninterested, speaking to me in a robotic, tone-deaf way like he just wanted me and the other custome... read more The guy with the colored curly hair seemed pretty rude and uninterested, speaking to me in a robotic, tone-deaf way like he just wanted me and the other customers to leave. The pizza I got wasn’t up to the usual Mod Pizza quality. When I tried to return it, the manager said I couldn’t since I had already eaten part of it. I hadn’t even finished one slice and didn’t want to return it, so I took a couple more bites to really check the quality, otherwise I’d feel bad just taking a few bites and then returning it.
