Once we got to the windo... read more The girl in the drive thru was extremely unpleasant. She sounded like me ordering something from there was a huge displacement for her. Once we got to the window the food was right out. She smiled and made me suspicious since she was not carrying that energy before. I told my son to check our food. We ordered 2 famous bowls(mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, chicken poppers, and cheese). The mashed potatoes were clumpy and the gravy was mixed with it already, so was the corn. The poppers were rubbery and some pieces were just thick crust. I don't understand why businesses continue to charge money for items that they do not receive. It's called robbery! I work hard for my money and I am a single mother, so it is a privilege when my son and I can go some where enexpensive and have something to eat. To some $14 is just a walk in the park, but for me every penny counts. My order was not fixed and honestly I won't come back to Conroe KFC.

I opt... read more Went through drive through attendant extremely rude. On 9/01/22 went to get lunch for myself and co workers 1:30). Drive through person was loud and rude. I opted to go inside because i had other people's order. 9/03/2022 went to drive with family. I ask what did 20 dollar fill up contain? No answer .i waited for reply and then asked again. Attendent very rudely stated im talking to someone else. Cashier could have said one moment or acknowledged me. This is the same person im sure. I will not ever spend money here again. This is why it is never busy at this location

Unfortuna... read more I usually love KFC and typically go through the drive-thru. However, on this occasion, I didn't receive any honey, so I decided to park and go inside. Unfortunately, the smell inside completely ruined my appetite. I feel like I wasted my money. Can someone please explain what that odor was? I would like a refund.

They even have the really go... read more I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru! It was quick, the food was delicious, and it was still warm by the time I got home. They even have the really good pickles! Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5. Highly recommend! 10/10!
