I am unsure what is happening at this restaurant, but they consistently make mistakes with our orders. The fries are always overly soggy for some reason. I am a fan of Five Guys, but this restaurant does not have their act together.
Every time I come here, it's never ready to eat. I had to sit here for over 20 minutes. the instructions say that they immediately go to the restaurant on the app as they prepare to eat as soon as they are near the load, but that is not true. they wait until you get there. it says pickup time 5:59PM, I was there until 6:25PM waiting in a restaurant without customers. you are so slow that it is tormenting. last collection was the same except after they had prepared the food, it was as if they had forgotten that I was there, and it sat there in the back a few minutes before they handed it to me. I don't understand why people eat from here order
I really used to like Five Guys. But my experience yesterday, I might just be done with this place.First I was told they had no cheese for the burgers. I don't get how a burger place can be out of cheese, but whatever, I still ordered a bacon burger with a small fries and drink. When did that kind of order get to where it costs $19.75? I was so shocked I just paid for it and waited.I went to get a drink and more than one soda were just pouring out white, and none of them were Sprite.Then my food was finally done. The fries were this weird makeup of either soft or over cooked. The burger was barely ok, one of the patties was kind of chewy. And the bun tasted stale with some parts just so hard they were inedible.I've had good meals at this location, but this was so far off the mark that I don't think I'll go back.
I often go for her Cajun Fries. My husband is fun to drive all the way here, just for some riders, but they are worth 100%. The last time I left, I mistakenly ordered a regular Frey instead of the Cajun, but they were brilliant and had small containers of spices like that! Love this place!!
Actually, it's a pretty expensive place. For the meal I chose the cheapest burger, small frits and drink and it cost me a pretty penny. However, the quality was also really good. The frits were from Idaho and the little ones delivered much then I expected (in comparison to a medium or large frit at another fast food). The burger was also of good quality.
