I usually don’t give five-star ratings to chain restaurants, but this Chili's truly deserves it. The service is excellent, and the food is consistently delicious, exactly as it should be. The manager here deserves a promotion—how do you find and retain such fantastic employees? The world needs to know your secrets!
Going to eat with a toddler is always a scary experience. You never know how they will do! Upon sitting down, my 1 yr old immediately became fussy. A gentleman appeared very quickly, almost out of the middle of nowhere, with a small plate of fries.My toddlers meltdown was immediately over and he happily munched on his fries. Thank you so much for making our diningexperience so much more manageable.
The restaurant was dirty, and everything we touched felt sticky. There was no hostess to greet us, and the happy hour menu was unimpressive, offering only two types of beer as options. Additionally, if you've been out of the country for 45 days, your rewards membership will be canceled for some reason. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I won't be returning. Rating: 1/5.
I’ve had better service at McDonald's. My husband, who is a veteran, our baby, and I arrived at Chili's Grill around 1:20 PM on Veterans Day. I understand that accommodating a car seat can be tricky, so I was patient. However, I watched as the hostess seated at least six parties who arrived after us. Another staff member cleaned off a booth for us, but the same hostess then seated someone there just as we were walking to our table. When I brought this to her attention, she said, "Why didn’t she say something?" even though she saw us waiting every time she passed by. Unfortunately, with service like this, we won't be coming back, despite the appealing menu.
