How is this place so slow when I'm less than one block away and my food is cold? The meat had been sitting for a while, what took so long?
I ordered in the AP and they did not give the order until I arrived, which somehow defeats the purpose of the order before the time. I order all the time in the AP and it's always ready when I get there. I'm not going back to this place. Food: 5/5
Young lady in the drive thru (Melissa) has the WORST customer service skills ever. Very rude let me lose my appetite for a meal in this BK. If you eat, avoid this lady.
The overcooked hamburgers tasted like they had been sitting in a drawer all day. It seems that while their quality has gone up, the prices have risen as well.
