It's not often that I write a review of a take-out experience, but these kind folks are still operating as if it's 2020, caught up in what I like to call "scamd... read more It's not often that I write a review of a take-out experience, but these kind folks are still operating as if it's 2020, caught up in what I like to call "scamdemic mode." That's their choice, so I can only shake my head and move on. Nevertheless, their Chinese-American cuisine is absolutely outstanding. Just a glance at their fried dishes speaks volumes; everything is made fresh right on site. The Yang Tze Pork boasted a fantastic char siu flavor, and the side dishes were both hearty and delicious. We chose items from their 'family style' menu, and at just $17 per person, we got an incredible amount of food. My wife kept wanting to order more items, but I had to remind her that we were already going to be overwhelmed with the amount we had coming. The leftovers in my fridge are a testament to that! This little town may be in the middle of nowhere, but it’s lucky to have this family-run restaurant to place orders from.

The Yang Tze Pork was packed with amazing char siu flavor, and the side dishes were hearty and delicious. We ordered from their family-style menu, which offered an incredible amount of food for just $17 per person. My wife kept wanting to add more items to our order, but I had to remind her that we were already going to have plenty of food. The leftovers currently in my fridge are proof of that! This small town, tucked away in the middle of nowhere, is truly lucky to have this family-run restaurant to enjoy.
