My orders are not straightforward I'll ask for 10 wings of one type, 8 wings of another... read more I've done online orders of 40 piece family meals here at least 10 times. My orders are not straightforward I'll ask for 10 wings of one type, 8 wings of another type, 12 wings of another type basically a weird combination of four different flavors. They have NEVER gotten my order wrong. The worst thing I've experienced was long wait times, but I just show up 15 minutes later than planned and the timing is usually fine. I think people don't get that when you go here and place your order to dine in, it takes a while because nothing is pre made. I never do that, only take out for me.

We come in 30 minutes after the order was placed expecting it to be ready. They tell us it will be another 20 minutes. We requested a refund and they told they couldn't do that because there was no manager available and that we could leave our information for a manager to refund us later. Absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant to expect that would be ok. This is the second time this happened as this location. I thought it was a fluke the first.... Disappointed with the service. Food is not worth the headache of coming her.

They do so much DoorDash that your 'in person ' order will take FOREVER. He said 15-20 min and it 's been 30 min. Just a simple combo meal. Several food runners have come and gone. I wish he would have told me that there are dozens of orders ahead of me it 's going to be long wait. Then I could have made a decision to go somewhere else. I 'm still sitting here....waiting

Darel was our cashier and he was jus... read more We had the worst experience here a week ago. We have also been waiting for our refund from 1/2 which has not been refunded. Darel was our cashier and he was just on his phone on IG, they had lost our receipt, so they did not have our order. We weretold to wait another 40 minutes for an order that should have been ready by the time we arrived because we still gave them extratime for our order. We have called numerous times and no answer any time of day. The manager Cassandra has not called or reachedout regarding the refund and it is honestly tiring to keep driving 15 minutes one way to ask about an $80 refund with no answeror help. Very upsetting.
