Sandy was great, she was working In the kitchen , as soon as I came in she was very attentive and greeted me immediately, she asked if I was ready to order or if I needed some time, she mentioned some of her favorites to suggest for wing flavors. Wait time was very decent and the food tasted great, wings and fries were not over cooked. Flavors were the right ones I asked for. Thanks again for a good experience. View all feedback.
What Ruth B doesn't like about Wingstop:
I found the boneless chicken wings to be extremely dry. The bone-in wings were slightly better, but still not great. The sauces were thick, but they tasted like they came straight from a jar. I had placed my order for pickup the night before, scheduled for 12:30 PM. However, when I arrived, I was told it would take an additional 3 minutes. Wow. Come here if you want terrible service at a snail 's pace. My dad ordered wings for the family online, and was told the order would be ready in 16-20 minutes. He showed up at 20 minutes on the dot, and was told they were going to start working on our order soon. Twenty minutes later, my dad goes to the counter to ask where our food is. He was told it was being bagged, to which he said Ok. He gets home with the food and we realize we are missing probably a dozen wings. My dad is upset, so he goes back to the store, leaving the food with us since we were hungry. He proceeds to be told that, No, your order was right. Where 's the food? He tells them his family was hungry so he left the food with us. He starts to get more upset and one of the employees goes back to a room and says, loudly, Hey, there 's a guy here with an attitude and says his order is wrong; I know it 's right. Are you kidding me? So after more back and forth, they finally made our missing wings. Unbelievably, there was no manager on duty. The high school kids working at Wing Stop don 't care enough about customer service and proper etiquette; there should be a manager present at all times. We won 't be returning until there 's a change in management or staffing. This was a horrible experience with frustrating interactions. Do not recommend.
This place is a life saver. I was allowed to use the restroom during the pandemic. I got the boneless wings combo and got offer the tenders. That what I call good customer service. I will admit this location is much easier to get to during my long break. I didn't have to drive to Pleasant Hill for food. I will come back here again.
Ended up ordering from here. There was no line when I walked in the girl at the counter was very nice. After placing my order she said it would be 20 minutes. And yes...it was exactly 20 minutes. I set my timer. There was smoke, but in the kitchen where the wings were being cooked. I ordered the wings to go and they were good. I ordered the lemon pepper, Cajun, and regular hot. The lemon pepper ended being my favorite. They were what you'd expect, wings. The blue cheese was cool and the honey mustard was so good with the fries. I didn't take pictures, sorry, because by the time I got home I was hungry. Side bar...the celery and carrots were so good! Crispy and crunchy and cold. The perfect side to go with the hot wings. The French fries, were just ok, but dipped in the honey mustard...oh my! So good. I highly recommend that sauce for that.
I've done online orders of 40 piece family meals here at least 10 times. My orders are not straightforward I'll ask for 10 wings of one type, 8 wings of another type, 12 wings of another type basically a weird combination of four different flavors. They have NEVER gotten my order wrong. The worst thing I've experienced was long wait times, but I just show up 15 minutes later than planned and the timing is usually fine. I think people don't get that when you go here and place your order to dine in, it takes a while because nothing is pre made. I never do that, only take out for me.
YIKES! do NOT use their online ordering service... we placed an online order that said it would be ready in 18-20 minutes. We come in 30 minutes after the order was placed expecting it to be ready. They tell us it will be another 20 minutes. We requested a refund and they told they couldn't do that because there was no manager available and that we could leave our information for a manager to refund us later. Absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant to expect that would be ok. This is the second time this happened as this location. I thought it was a fluke the first.... Disappointed with the service. Food is not worth the headache of coming her.
