This restaurant is fantastic! The bar is bustling and lively, the service is excellent, and the menu features an eclectic mix of bistro-style dishes, all beautifully prepared. We enjoyed everything we ordered with great enthusiasm. It’s definitely the place to be on a Saturday afternoon! View all feedback.
What Steve Y doesn't like about Rapscallion Kitchen:
The food was excellent, but the service left a lot to be desired. We visited on Saturday night, and there was no one to greet us when we arrived, which left us unsure whether to wait for someone to seat us or find a spot ourselves. After about ten minutes, my wife and I decided to take a seat at the bar. We noticed another couple had the same experience shortly after us. The restaurant isn't very large and wasn't par... Great service and great location! Salmon entree was delicious: .
My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday evening and surprisingly did not have to wait for a table. The restaurant was located a few miles from downtown Concord but well worth the drive. We were greeted very warmly and felt welcomed on a cold and rainy evening. They offered an excellent selection of their own brewed beers and I decided on the Honey Ale. Excellent choice. The boss (wife) had a glass of wine. We began our meals with the Bavarian pretzel and the Fall Harvest Salad. It's a few days later and my wife is still raving about the salad. The salad consisted of mixed greens, a house made maple mustard vinaigrette, with beets, goat cheese, dried cranberries, apples, and almonds. I can't replicate this at home. My pretzel was served very warm and with a nice amount of salt. Perfect with a beer. I ordered the classic cheeseburger and had a side of sweet potato fries. My wife ordered the salmon burger with sweet potato fries. My burger came out cooked as ordered (medium well). Everything was very tasty and the burgers held up very well in the brioche buns. That's important. We both enjoyed the sweet potato fries. They weren't greasy. The prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent and friendly. Don't worry about parking. There was a big lot in the strip mall. It was a very nice experience and if I was near any of their other restaurants, I would not hesitate to drive over and stop in.
This place has The. Best. Wings. EVER!!! we showed up on a Friday night and it wasn't that busy, but, the poor waitress was literally alone out on the floor. We felt really bad for her, even the bartender was in the back helping the kitchen staff. Took a minute to get seated but nothing else was amiss. Food was awesome and the waitress was very apologetic (not her fault). We enjoyed our time and will definitely go back when we're in the area.
