It might take a little while to receive your order if the lines are long, but if there's no line or it's short, the service is pretty quick! <3

While I've truly enjoyed my visits, I h... read more I've been a regular at this restaurant for nearly two years, and it has become a key part of my gatherings with friends. While I've truly enjoyed my visits, I have noticed a decline in cleanliness lately. On my most recent trip, there were bugs all over the place, and my food was served cold. Compared to other boba shops, the quality has noticeably dropped. I do want to mention that the guy who takes orders is very kind, and I appreciate the father who is the only employee here. However, I believe it would be beneficial to clean the counters more frequently and to serve completed orders before taking on new ones. Since I live nearby, I've often chosen this place, but I think I’ll start driving to other boba shops for my drinks moving forward.

There was a young boy at the front, and at first, I thought he was merely playing at being the cashier, but he ended up taking our order. While I found that somewhat impressive, it did raise some concerns about a child being in charge at the front. I asked for extra honey, but he told me they couldn't provide any. Was it a cost issue, or did they simply not want to offer it? A few minutes later, he brought out my drink, which was acceptable, though not particularly good. I felt a bit hesitant to drink it after reading some reviews that mentioned roaches in their drinks. Throughout our visit, I noticed there were no adults present, which felt quite suspicious, especially since we were the only customers there. Moreover, the $0.50 charge for credit card payments wasn't clearly posted; it was placed too far from the terminal. At this point, I suppose I’ll just consider the $5 I spent as a donation and a source of entertainment.

Recently, I needed to curb my boba cravings before embarking on a road trip, and this was my first visit to this location—it certainly left a lasting impression. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area!
