The first time Fiorella's and our family really enjoyed it! The Arancini is the size of a softball and very well joined together. The pasta dishes, pizzas were all very good, like the almond-brown salmon. Hearty portions here so you don't get hungry, but you need to save space for the peanut butter cake for dessert. This was my first time going to this location. Needless to say I won't be back. It was loud/service was non existent and most importantly of all I put on my reservation it was our anniversary dinner. NO one looked at the reservation. No one mentioned it it was meant to be a surprise and worse yet the food was mediocre. I've never been this disappointed in fiorellas. We dined in for dinner and had a fantastic experience overall. The meal was impressive, with a perfect score of 5 for the food; every dish was delicious and expertly prepared. The service also deserves a 5, as the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The atmosphere was equally outstanding, earning a perfect 5 as well, with a warm and inviting ambiance that enhanced our dining experience. The price per person was between $50 and $100, which we felt was quite reasonable given the quality of food and service. Highly recommend!

Customer service was superb. I had no reservations and I was with 6 other people on a busy Saturday night. We got seated close to our preferred time. I did go in 40 minutes earlier to get on the waiting list since you cannot do it over the phone. Regardless, we were at a nice table and everyone enjoyed their meal. We even ordered a couple of tiramisu and coffee afterwards. Our waitress was really friendly as well. This is our second time visiting the restaurant and so far we’ve always had a good experience!
