I've come here for lunch about 5-6 times, as I work in the area, and always get a spicy Italian or the Italian BMT. I've gotten a stomach ache about three four times now and the result 2-3 days of using the bathroom... I'm never coming here again. Ever! And I really like the spicy Italian or BMT but I can guarantee they're doing something wrong here.
There was a male worker here who refused to speak to me when I ordered. When I directly asked him questions he ignored me, twice. He then ignored me when I tried to order and took the order of the man behind me. I feel upset and disrespected. Would not eat here again.

I hadn't visited Subway in about five months, and I was surprised to see that the tax on my receipt had increased from just 27 cents to $1.70. When I inquired about this, I was informed that it included an "eat in fee" for hot food, meaning they charged us for both heating our food and dining in as one fee. Normally, I don't eat in at Subway, and I've never encountered such a fee before. I expressed that the tax information was unclear and suggested that they should put up a sign to explain additional fees more clearly. Moreover, the employee didn't even ask if we were dining in or taking our food to go; she simply handed us bags without any further discussion. It felt dishonest for the manager to charge us retroactively without acknowledging that we weren’t charged correctly in the first place, as if she was making unilateral decisions to correct the situation. To make matters worse, she admitted that she wasn't even aware of her company's policy on these fees. It seems like they really struggle to find competent people for management roles.
