What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I ordered a chicken breast, paid for a chicken breast, but was surprised to find 3 thighs instead when I got to my workplace. It was disappointing to pay an extra $5 for something that wasn't what I had ordered. KFC needs to work on their accuracy. View all feedback.
The food was stale and unappetizing; they should consider serving fresher options.
Service is terrible and extremely rude DO NOT GO HERE Some how the food was even trash10:30am 01/02/23 for management if they have any management I wouldn't think so because of the reviews
The worker with the big eyelashes is rude as heck don't ask to split a transaction cause she'll just give you a blank stare maybe she's incompetent,
I have visited this restaurant multiple times. I always order the Hot Spicy wings combo. The food is consistently served hot, and the customer service is good.
I ordered 2 pieces of dark meat, and within 3 seconds, the lady gave me a bag with my order. When I opened the box a quarter mile away, both pieces were old, dark brown, and very dry. I was extremely disappointed. Make sure to check your order before you leave. Note: the chicken was dark brown and very dry, which may not be suitable for those with dietary restrictions.
