I really enjoy this place because the owners and bartenders are fantastic, and the atmosphere is welcoming with friendly people.
We used to visit this Subway regularly, to the point where the staff knew exactly how my daughter's sandwich was made. It had been a while since our last visit, so I didn't expect that familiarity, but I was genuinely taken aback by how little personality the girl at the counter displayed today. My daughter tried to joke with her, but she looked at her as if she had two heads. When I asked her to please make the sandwich as shown on the menu, she almost snapped at me. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day and is normally friendly, but as people who've spent many years in customer service, we were puzzled by her attitude. We really missed Mikey and Jacqui during this visit! We are willing to give it another try, but with three other locations nearby that have more personable staff, we might end up choosing them in the future. I'm sure it doesn't matter much to the owners, but we were disappointed by our return to this location.
Getting better, still wish they would cut my sandwich on a cutting board towards closing time...whats with that? Thats definitely not Food Safe. No metal please
Jacquis was just the best employee you got in the Joint. She was super helpful and so kind. It really made my day! Great service. :
