My hus... read more We are staying in Royston for a few days. Within 4 days, we've gone to this pub two nights. We found their menu very interesting. Not the usual pub food. My husband had a "Beer Flight:" 4 x 5 oz. of beers of your choice. I had a Mojito one of the nights, just the right amount of all the ingredients. We had the Steak Dinner (medium rare was cooked just the way we liked, juicy and tender; only $18 with potato, rapini

It has a great selection of local, national and international beers and ciders and we did sample quite a few. They also had some quite nice wines.The food was fantastic and reasonably priced and I can recommend the home made soups and really great deep pan pizzas. They have many specials on offer and have some great fun entertainment including live music.A great pub which is a credit to the landlord and local community.

The food was tasty, and I appreciated the variety of gluten-free and allergy-friendly options available. The staff was well-informed about the menu, which was a plus. The prices are typical for an island pub, but the happy hour has some excellent appetizer and drink choices at very nice discounts.
