Very small area t... read more Located on Duncan St., off 5th Street , downtown Courtenay, this is my favorite pizza place. Hard to pick a topping because they are all good! Very small area to sit down, usually take it home. Always done "just right" never soggy, and helpful staff.

So we'll be back. most of the time panago is good. but there were a few paintings when we were disappointed: a order that was missed, burned crust. Therefore we give 3 out of 5 if they were more consistent, they would get a higher rating. it seems to be a series of new employees now. we hope to give them a higher rating soon.

Only 4 were delivered two were the wrong pizza and when we called back they charged us for the 3 pizzas they missed so in total $130 for 7 pizzas charged twice for 3 of them. Would not recommend ordering takeout fromthis location

Good customer serv... read more GF pizza is difficult to do. It wasn't too bad. Solid 3.5 out of 5. Very fast. I placed my order online and it was ready before the ETA time. Good customer service when I went for pick up. A little expensive but GF usually costs more. I'll say it might besmart to check out the local competition for GF crust (Islander only charges $3 for the substitution, Panago is charging $4).
