What User doesn't like about Hangout On 20 Preston:
Very disappointed as I had booked on-line and received email confirmation. Also telephoned on another occasion to request an inside table due to very hot weather on Friday. On arrival (right on time) I was told there was no booking made which was not a good start to the evening. Also water for table was not cold had to ask for ice in all a very disappointing evening. The food at this restaurant was excellent and the portions were very generous. However, the service was lacking due to understaffing, not the fault of the servers. Despite this, the food arrived promptly and was delicious. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming. I would definitely return to dine here again. View all feedback.
