The owner charge additional 10 EUR as stated by him to avoid food waste . While mentioning him that take away of leftovers is common practice in 2022, he simply answered that this is rule. Finally he threw away the food in line with his idea of avoid food waste . It 's such a shame.

That includes sashimi and also up to 32 rolls per person. We were beaten at just 6 plates! Excellent service
