There are clear guidelines stating that gloves must be changed for every customer, especially when a vegetarian option is requested. When I asked them to change gloves and informed them not to touch any non-vegetarian items, they started making comments in a language I couldn't understand. Vegetarian friends, please be cautious when ordering at this outlet and be careful at other locations in the USA as well.

I will... read more The staff at Subway were quite rude and even snacked on the veggies, bread, and meats. They refused to accept coupons, and the food seemed old and stale. I will never go there again. It was the worst experience I've ever had. In particular, the lady with blue hair wouldn’t let me change the cheese on my sandwich, insisting she was making it as ordered and refusing any additions or substitutions. The workers were aggressive, and the place was expensive and unclean.
