My husband came inside to check on me and spoke with a barista, who mentioned they were busy working on a large order of 20-30 drinks and would get to mobile orders later. When I inquired about how much longer it might take—10, 20, or even 30 minutes—the barista rudely replied that she didn’t know how long it would take. Instead, she offered a refund. We stated that we were willing to wait, but we just needed an estimate. Once again, she responded curtly that she had no idea and suggested that we file a complaint. It was frustrating when the cashier even provided us with the senior manager’s or corporate number for complaints, which felt quite unbelievable. In the end, we left without our drinks. I decided to write this review since there seemed to be no proper channel to address the issue. I won't be returning to the Starbucks in Commerce again; I’d rather drive 20-30 miles to Athens for quality coffee!
