When I inquired about how much longer it might take—10, 20, or even 30 minutes—the barista rudely replied that she didn’t know how long it would take. Instead, she offered a refund. We stated that we were willing to wait, but we just needed an estimate. Once again, she responded curtly that she had no idea and suggested that we file a complaint. It was frustrating when the cashier even provided us with the senior manager’s or corporate number for complaints, which felt quite unbelievable. In the end, we left without our drinks. I decided to write this review since there seemed to be no proper channel to address the issue. I won't be returning to the Starbucks in Commerce again; I’d rather drive 20-30 miles to Athens for quality coffee!

After 15 more minutes in line, got a refund. Wasted an hour and didn’t even get drinks. Unbelievable. Service: 1

It was noisier than any other Starbucks I've visi... read more On a Sunday morning, I found this Starbucks to be quite loud, even though I was the only customer for a while. It was noisier than any other Starbucks I've visited. It has definitely changed a lot since my last visit over 14 years ago! There are a few single seats along the wall, but the main seating consists of two long communal tables. While this setup isn't ideal, they do provide power outlets and the Wi-Fi worked well. I stayed for some time, but I didn’t find this particular Starbucks to be a great place for working on my laptop. [Review 1107 of 2024, 763 in Georgia, 22133 overall]
