we were in the trade for a softball tournament. we went to dinner as a party of 13 and the staff was very accommodating. our server, anna, was one of the best servers we've ever had. our drinks were refilled before we could even ask, plates were taken away immediately and served our meal with a friendly smile. we are coming back to the final! The food was great like always, but the server I had, Jason, made the experience so much better. He made sure I had everything, made sure the food was good. And all around was a great person to be around. He was positive, funny, and uplifting which was very needed after a long day. Seriously can't pay that guy enough. Made an order through the app and had issues with the order flowing through the system. However, Troy and Jason easily rectified the error and made our dining experience and food excellent. We went to this Outback at 5:32 Saturday evening. We were told there is a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. We said okay and waited. At one hour we inquired about our status on the waiting list. We were told our name was 5 on the list but, 2 parties have just been seated so we are number 3. Another half hour went by and we checked our status again. We were told we are number 4. It would be 10 to 15 minutes more. We told them we don't believe them and left. At 7:32 we gat a text message our table is ready. I suggest that this Outback should be avoided.
