Kroger Bakery - Commerce
Kroger Bakery
Description
A neighborhood Kroger faces customer backlash for understaffing, poor customer service and pharmacy confusion. Shoppers report long lines, minimal open checkout lanes, no bagging assistance and a cashier with a hostile demeanor. Pharmacy transfer issues and opaque fees left customers stranded; icy, uncleared parking — especially hazardous in handicapped spaces — raises safety and management concerns.

Your cashier Yogi is not someone who should be working in your store. She’s a very rude employee. She ignores people when they need help and mumbles things under breath when she walks away.
SCAM ALERT- there is no $50 to transfer a prescription! Three calls, 1.5 hours on the phone, three stores, two pharmacies, a 'customer service ' desk closed middle of the day? My Rx is NOT NEW, it 's a transfer. What a scam. Don 't shop here. I asked to send pics of my old and new prescription labels to their specialist who insists my old prescription is new, but they won 't allow it.
Yelp info is incorrect. They do not take Apple Pay here. Other than that it's an ok store. Due to pandemic they have staff issues and have limited deli hours.
I am amazed that when I purchase canned Soda or bottled lemonade, I am always charged the bottle fee, but if I try to return the 2L bottles they are rejected most of the cans and bottles are labeled Please Recycle and are not eligible for money back Kroger needs to update their computer system and stop stealing my money for an obsolete Michigan recycling charge
