Three calls, 1.5 hours on the phone, three stores, two pharmacies, a 'customer service ' desk closed middle of the day? My Rx is NOT NEW, it 's a transfer. What a scam. Don 't shop here. I asked to send pics of my old and new prescription labels to their specialist who insists my old prescription is new, but they won 't allow it.
