The staff rushed us as we were trying to place our order, and we could hear them shouting at each other through their headsets. It was quite unprofessional, and their behavior was embarrassing. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor service.

The girl at the drive-thru was rude as well. I tried to get her attention to ask for a correction, but she just ignored me. When I picked up my order, I received a Quarter Pounder instead of the double I ordered, and the drive-thru was complete chaos.

Employees that work here are pathetic and need to be recycled with people who can actually read a ticket monitor. Truly disgraceful.

I’ve been there probably 5+ times in the month or so I’ve lived here and unfortun... read more I moved to Wixom recently and was excited that I was so close to a Mcdonald’s. I’ve been there probably 5+ times in the month or so I’ve lived here and unfortunately every time it’s been a disappointment. For example, the service is rude, the food is cold and hard, or my order is fully incorrect just to name a few. It’s really a shame, because of its close proximity but I would rather go farther away and know I’m getting consistent service instead of a bad surprise every time.
