I work right next door and I often go fair. Today young lady Brianna went beyond and beyond to make my experience great. She knew I had a bad day and worked in health care and was sure to make my day better. I also wrote to companies and complicate them. I've never been to Jersey Mikes today. Actually, I didn't know it was on L.I. I heard about them yesterday when I saw the free hero coupon. Anyway, I went tonight and the line was lonnnng. It was clear they gave free sandwiches all day. They didn't work at the top and it was BUSY. It was the end of the night and they began to run out of bread and some other things. I have to say that all employees work under pressure. They had ppl coming to the front of the line as if they were waiting and complaining the people unbelievably about not getting there in time to get a "free" sandwich (rude). I asked the cashier if she could give me the names of the other employees. I just wanted to mention how patient they were. I mean, they were back there workingin’ okay? So thanks to you all made good for a job. It is not that often I have positive attitudes and amazing customer service. Jordan, Brianna, Jen, Brian, Marqus and Tori... They were all very friendly. I watched everything and am impressed by customer service! I think it was a brave and great idea to run this promotion. There were people like me a chance to see what Jersey Mike is about. I wasn't a customer before, BUT I AM NOW.
