Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: Buffalo Cauliflower, Steak Sandwich
Had an hour and a half to kill and stopped in. The wings were awesome and reasonably priced. Got the spinach and artichoke dip and that was great too. Friendly staff, clean bar. I saw kids eat free Tuesdays. I'll be back Tuesday with the little ones. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Didnt even get to taste the food. My friend came here ordered a patron at the bar and the old lady responded I dont got that with an attitude like its my friends job to know the inventory she carries.... then questioned his id with Is that even you? ... Before she could make the drinks we decided to leave elsewhere. Maybe the foods great idk but the service wasn 't. Food: 1
Went to Jackson's with my business networking group for a karaoke night, and it was a blast. bartenders were great with big smiles. spacious location and plenty of drinking options. 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Had a blast! It was a Monday night ... some canibus event. I didn't know what to expect. But turned out fun and informative. The dif vendors were friendly and generous. Food was soooo yummy. Go with the buffalo cauliflower ... omgoodness. I'm hooked. Lightly fried.. Lil crispy yummy Buffalo sauce .. omgoodness wait.. then I had the rainbow cake for dessert! And it was a total flavor train! Dont bother with the sliders... super plain n not enough pickles. To be fair tho it was jus a limited menu soooo im def planning to go back there real soon. Plus I loved the dj! Shot out to dj justin.. good vibes!

We ate our early dinner at the bar and had a great time. The bar burger was excellent and the right size! Apps were spot on.
This place has some major positives and 1 pretty bad negative. If you are looking for some great apps and drinks this is your place. Love the atmosphere, selection of beer, servers always nice but overwhelmed. However something happeneds to the place when it's time for main courses. It changes into different quailty completely. I think honestly it comes down to a dirty grill, and oil not changed out enough. So this problem might not be exsistant in a few days, but if it continues ew. Every app is fire, and almost every entree is inedible. I'll keep going for the apps and drinks though.
Very disappointing experience on a slow Friday afternoon. Went for a late lunch with a friend with health and handicap challenges that make it difficult for them to walk. We entered the restaurant and there was no one at the front to seat us, my friend asked me if we could just go in and sit at he first open spot on the bench on the right as you enter the dining room and I accommodated. The waiter came over to take the drink order and my friend offered apologies for not waiting to be seated due to his handicap. The challenges my friend has are very obvious to recognize. The waiter was great and said Don 't worry and took our order. We were having conversation when a woman appeared and loudly said so the restaurant could hear Can you two move over one table, I have a party of eight coming in and we need the space. The woman and I took a few minutes to move my associate over to where the woman wanted us. She told us several times that a party of eight were coming as they had just called the restaurant to say they would be there in moments. There were about 4 other tables with people at the time and the restaurant was not stressed. We enjoyed our meal and paid the bill and left. The party of eight never showed. My suspicion is the woman who had us move is the maître d who does the seating and was annoyed that we could not wait and just sat ourselves and was petty, exerted her authority and was vindictive. That may not have been her intention, it is the impression she left with me and my friend. We are both Commack locals with families who have enjoyed Jacksons many times before. Jacksons is a good restaurant but that experience really was surprising and very disappointing. Too many other choices in Commack where they have treated us better.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The food was very good, but a bit expensive. I was surprised that they closed at 10:00 pm on a Friday.
One of my favorite places, would love to see the menu add more main course items or more specials
First time back there since the pandemic. We were surprised that it wasn't more crowded. They have a lot of unusual types of items on the menu. I enjoyed the chicken dinner with a nice side salad and mashed potatoes. My wife had the pastrami grilled cheese. We had the pretzel appetizer. We enjoyed it and will go back.
The food is not up to par to what it used to be. Limited menu. Hopefully they will improve so we can go back again

I enjoyed a tasty turkey burger with avocado at this restaurant, but overall, nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It's marketed as a BBQ spot, but it's not especially recognized for its ribs or flavorful meats. While nothing was bad, there wasn't anything I felt was worth boasting about.

Great choice of beers on tap. Had the SC Fade to Jade delicious. Calamari app, grilled sampler, ribs all very good. Restaurant was crowded, but we were seated right away w/our reservation. Waitress was friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. Will definitely be back!
Julia our waitress was excellent. I’ve been here before unfortunately my brisket sandwich was anything but a sandwich. It was a pile of mushrooms with some brisket on forward looked like huge pieces of French toast
Service was slow but its Mother’s day so it’s to be expected. Lobster spring rolls were burnt and fish and chips had raw batter in the middle, sent back, second time was better but still mushy
