What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
They seem to forget everything else. When you call to seek a resolution, they just ask you to return to the restaurant, which only frustrates the customer further. I've received the wrong burrito multiple times, including on my most recent visit where they not only forgot a part of my order but also gave me the wrong burrito again. Always system issues. Lazy and rude employees. Never has the full menu. I just go to Macon Rd if I want fast food to save myself the hassle.
Went to the taco bell on buena vista rd around 1am no one would ever take my order. I could see if they were busy but I was the only car in drive through very disheartening being that I serve for fort benning (military). I understand short staff but this was unusual and seems as if the person had left or gone asleep, won’t be back!
The worse taco bell, they always have their order wrong and just don't even worry.
Needed to go inside and the lobby was locked. Went through the drive through and needed to make three different orders because we had three different parties in the car paying. They said they would only do two.
