Shane's Rib Shack - Columbus

The restaurant is really good! I have been here twice and I love the atmosphere and the fast, great customer service. However, I will not be dining here again. During my last visit, my meal may have been prepared poorly and the app didn't work to redeem my free sandwich offer. I ended up having to pay for it, and the manager promised a free meal next time. The food is good overall and I would recommend it, but I don't think I'll be returning due to these issues.

The tables and chairs were sticky. I moved to three different tables and each one was sticky. My soda was flat and made a loud noise when I moved it. The pork was too sweet and the sauce was overpowering. The service was slow and inefficient.

We absolutely adore Shane's. The ribs are our favorite! The Peach-BBQ is simply delicious. I recently ordered a pan for Mother's Day dinner and was surprised by how large it was - it could easily feed a crowd. The portion size is substantial and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend!

We ordered eating through the shane app, was paid a time to pick up, we get there they have closed. I go in to pick up my food, the cashier looked confused that our ticket on the tresor went back to tell the responsible, he says that the door is locked, no one should have been pulled in. she tells him I'm standing at the theke he runs out, saying that he does not have any chefs that they are short-occupied. he ssk, when I told by waiter, I will have to contact them for a refund. I do not say that I have dismissed shanes app, then he says the cash to get my name that they will refund the money. no refund if it's not back today, I'll call. I understand short personal, but they need to repair the dinge with the app so that when they close, they will no longer take notice.

Wonderful BBQ for take-out. Got the big dad sandwich and smoked honey garlic wings. Sandwich was just pulled pork bbq sandwiched in toast, and it was basic but great. Wish it had more sauce to it, but the bread had a great crust and texture that made the sandwich amazing. The smoked wings were a bit small, but the smokey flavor came out very well. I wish the wings were bigger, but the flavor was still immaculate. Wish to return for more!
