First time I had a good experience there in a long time. Last time I went through their drive through they me to come inside and order on their new menu app. I couldn't get it work so I left. They seem to forget everything else. When you call to seek a resolution, they just ask you to return to the restaurant, which only frustrates the customer further. I've received the wrong burrito multiple times, including on my most recent visit where they not only forgot a part of my order but also gave me the wrong burrito again.
