They show no concern for customers and serve dishes based on their preferences rather than what was actually ordered. I was so apprehensive about my meal that I ended up throwing it away. The staff seemed unpleasant and dissatisfied.

At this point, managers, be mindful of who yo... read more Okay, I do not bash any restaurant for any reason at all. I understand the need for employers and they are needed. At this point, managers, be mindful of who you hire to work in your establishment. Being rude and having a nasty attitude is not the way to answer any customer. On October 28 about 8:30 pm, we ordered our food, the wait was over 30 minutes, some of our food was cold, food was missing, our order was screwed up, car hop did not and I repeat did not serve with the right attitude and Manager was.……. Just never mind but you get the picture. Sonic please do better!!! This is why I choose Sonics on 45 any day. I can always count on their hospitality to fulfill my day. Please do better, the prices are too high to be rendering these types of services to people daily!! Never again will I be patronizing here………
