The service at this restaurant is not only unfriendly, but they also frequently run out of menu items. I've noticed that many reviews mention the same issues. Why isn't anything being done to improve customer service?

I stopped by this KFC to grab some food for my wife, and unfortunately, it was the second location I visited that was out of several chicken items. While it's not uncommon in bigger cities, I didn’t mind too much. Thankfully, I was still able to get her the meal she wanted, even though I forgot to ask for the honey mustard sauce – whoops! I can't comment on the taste since I didn't try any myself, but it certainly smelled delicious. Additionally, I found both KFC locations to be friendly and courteous.

This KFC is frustratingly awful. Avoid it at all costs. What should have been a simple drive-thru order turned into an experience where I could hear someone on the microphone showing just how little they cared.

This was a terrible experience. The manager wearing glasses refused to take my order at the walk-up even though I was the only customer both in line and at the drive-thru. She said she wasn’t going back and forth between the register and the drive-thru and told me to get in my car and order there because she wasn’t paid enough for that. This happened around 2 pm. I ordered a mac and cheese bowl, but it came with corn, gravy, and popcorn chicken. I told her that corn and gravy don’t belong in a mac and cheese bowl. She insisted that one scoop of corn and gravy is supposed to be included. I explained that it’s a mac and cheese bowl, not a mashed potato bowl. So, I called another KFC on East Main Street, and the person I spoke with agreed that I was right. I drove there and returned the incorrect order for a proper mac and cheese bowl.

I ordered a mac and cheese bowl at KFC, and when I reached the window, the staff told me they were still waiting on the popcorn chicken. I said that was fine. However, when my order was ready, the mac and cheese was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out while waiting for the chicken. Strangely, the chicken was warm, and I don't understand how it stayed warm during the wait for the fresh popcorn chicken. The KFC menu should ensure better timing to keep all items properly hot.
