I ordered 27 sandwiches, and unfortunately, they had very little meat on them. They weren't individually wrapped or labeled, so we had to spend time figuring ou... read more I ordered 27 sandwiches, and unfortunately, they had very little meat on them. They weren't individually wrapped or labeled, so we had to spend time figuring out what each one was. Instead of being in a grinder's party box, they were packed in Styrofoam containers inside a box. Overall, the food was quite disappointing in taste. I won't be ordering from this place again, and I cannot recommend it.

They delivered someone else's order,... read more The restaurant sent the driver the wrong order and wouldn't answer the phone when the driver tried to resolve the problem. They delivered someone else's order, and our $71 order for six sandwiches was missing. So, we ended up with two incorrectly delivered orders and couldn't get anyone on the phone to fix it. This experience was frustrating, and I will not be returning. Their system is flawed, and there is a complete lack of customer service. If the problem was with the driver, they need to address it, Grinders.

It certainly wasn't worth the price I paid, especially since I ordered three small bowls. The pizza appeared to have been left out for a while and tasted like soggy bread with flavorless sauce. This was not the level of quality I expect from grinders.

I called back... read more I purchased a Groupon for a party pack to feed my family while we were in Columbus. Upon ordering, the woman told me I could only get cold pasta. I called back later that day and was told we could get the hot pasta, no problem. They were nice enough to let me spit up my order, sub's one night, pasta and salad the next. The sub's were amazing! Mike and Moe, thanks for making some awesome food!!!
