I went there earlier and they had burnt the chicken instead of discarding it they sold it . When I took it back then they gave me another piece of burnt chicken.2 Days ago original $5 full up wasn't $5 (false advertising) I ordered original breast with slaw. I looked in the box mashed potatoes and chicken must have been crispy it was hard and mis battered. Took it back and the 2nd box was worse than the first. The most disappointing thing was nobody cared. They just thew it in the box knowing it wasn't right...I understand the prices going up but prices going up with food quality and customer service going down just doesn't work for me. My suggestion choose another place to eat until they choose to respect your time and your dime.
I never expected it to be worse than the Buena Vista road location, but this one is actually even worse.
The drive-thru orders were all confused. It seemed like the employees were inexperienced.
I had a terrible experience during my most recent visit to this KFC location. The chicken tasted like rubber, unlike the other KFC restaurants I have been to that are usually pretty decent.
This particular KFC I would not recommend the chicken I received tasted awful I would have returned it but was home.My husband had same experience with his order.If you are spending your hard earned you expect a certain standard the other K F C are O K.The owner should really take time to look into staff and preparation of food does nothing for reputation KFC has work so hard to maintain.
