I've had several experiences where items were missing from my order, particularly with online orders. I would suggest trying Raising Cane's or another chicken restaurant instead.
I recently visited this KFC location and, unfortunately, I would give the service a rating of 0 out of 10. The staff appeared overwhelmed and didn't seem to care about taking orders promptly or acknowledging the customers waiting in line. The wait times were unreasonably long, and when my food finally arrived, it had hair on it. The employees were extremely rude, showing a bad attitude and clear frustration. For instance, one worker abruptly left while taking my order to help another customer inside, and I was left in the drive-thru without any explanation. They also seemed irritated when I didn't immediately pull forward or when I was unsure of my total. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here. It's simply not worth it. It is unacceptable for any restaurant to mishandle food, regardless of how busy they are.
Your staff is going to ruin this business. What was that mush at the bottom of my famous bowl? I’m never eating at KFC again. This is just disgusting. Is this really a large fry?
I strongly advise against eating here! The service was awful. My chicken was undercooked, they mistakenly brought me coleslaw instead of macaroni and cheese, and the mashed potatoes were cold and obviously instant. The biscuits were as hard as rocks—I’m pretty sure I would have chipped a tooth trying to eat one! I attempted to call them, but no one picked up. I ended up wasting $40 on food that I had to throw away!
The staff at this KFC are extremely friendly and professional, providing fast service despite a large drive-thru order. Erica, my cashier, was outstanding. What a great team! Thank you so much! Just to note, this location combines KFC and Long John Silver's. I ordered an 8-piece fish and chicken family meal through the drive-thru.
