One standout drink was called The Scallywag, essentially an Arnold Palmer with a splash of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum. The earthy flavor of the tea balanced beautifully with the fresh sweetness of the lemonade and the warmth of the rum, making this drink truly exceptional. A round of applause for the head mixologist at the hotel for creating such a simple yet fantastic concoction. Throughout the weekend, the bartenders executed this drink flawlessly. The bartenders were attentive, taking orders promptly and serving drinks at a steady pace, so I never had to wait too long. It was also helpful that there were staff members on the floor, taking drink orders and delivering them during the evening hours. Overall, a great experience at The Big Bar on 2!
