Wendy's - Columbia

We dined in, but it seemed all the attention was focused on the drive-thru. Our order was incorrect when it came, though the team was quick to fix it. Staff seemed a bit off today--not rude, just could have been more attentive. We've gone there before without incident.

Whoever the girl working drive-thru today with the Army coat on was rude as hell rushing us through our order didn't say hey how are you or thank you. But I dont see why she was rushing everybody else was working while she was on her cell phone doing nothing. Got the wrong sauce no napkins. Get it together

Would have been nice to get some food but someone had to huff and puff until they blew the house down. Had 3 meals to order… half way through the first one ”*huff* pull around”. I told her I had more to order and she huffs again. As I proceed to order she corrects me on what I ordered only to realize SHE rang me up for the wrong thing. So then I explain the order is wrong and what dies she do?! huffs a puffs again. Not sure if she just needed to breath that heavy or what.. but the attitud … – show

Drive through is fine, ordering in is ok, but make a big mobile order and they will charge you twice and not bother to make your food. Show them your mobile order and how it's confirmed paid, “we got your order, all we need is you” it says. Their reply? “We don't have it, dispute the charges.” So now I have to get a new bank card because you didn't make the food I paid for?

If you like 20 minutes for your fast food and this is a location for you. And I just loved the reheated fried taste that I waited 20 minutes for and that side of teenage attitude that I always get with my order it makes a location impeccable
