The Baked Bear - Columbia

Had such an amazing experience at the Baked Bear! Friendly and outgoing staff who took their time to answer questions or let us sample ice cream to make sure it was the right one. Make your own ice cream sandwiches is something I?ve never done and it was amazing and delicious! Highly recommend.

Nice spot with a great selection of desserts. The ice cream is full of flavor with some traditional flavors paired with some unique ones. The pressed cookie sandwich comes highly recommended.

This is the ultimate sweets spot in Columbia. The bear batter batter ice cream is my fave but all of their ice cream and cookie flavors are great. Pro tip: you can get two different cookie flavors for your ice cream sandwich and ALWAYS get it hot pressed. It gets the cookies warm and gooey but the ice cream stays nice and cold.

What a wonderful, little place! We saw a customer review on TikTok, and decided the next day we had to go for their ice cream sandwiches. Quite a drive from Chapin for ice cream, but worth it! Of course this was two weeks ago, and gas wasn't $4 a gallon. We all ordered an ice cream sandwich in some fashion. You literally create your own! You pick your cookie, and can pick s different top from bottom. Then you pick your ice cream and any toppings. Was a little expensive, but the novelty and size makes it worthy of the ice cream adventure! A solid five stars ????? and I highly recommend. It's ins good area, and we felt comfortable parking and walking around. My only negativity is that the shop is very small. There's only four tables, and while we found one; had to take a chair from the neighboring table. Lines of people waiting were also right on top of you. Nothing to warrant a negative response though.

Totally in love with this place! Staff is super friendly and takes pride in each cookie dessert they make! I?ve been here a few times and they do not disappoint. Cookies and ice-cream together?you pick both! Highly recommend getting it pressed and warmed. Trust me! Delicious!
