I always have a great experience here, and our waitress Alex (sp?) made this visit even better. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly! The food was just as delicious as usual. I can't wait for my next visit! View all feedback. What A O doesn't like about The Melting Pot Columbia Sc:
This was my first melting pot experience and it wasn't great. They didn't want to seat us because 1 person in our party was running late (so make us wait in the lobby instead of ordering more food?? . Our server was not very good at all...forgot to bring drinks, extra dippers, didn't know how to prepare the chocolate course properly. He disappeared for so long we had to track down a random staff member. Took forever... View all feedback.
