What Whitnye Alexandra doesn't like about Mellow Mushroom Columbia:
Placed a to go order tonight and sat outside and waited thirty minutes. I go inside and was told that my order wasn’t ready because they were all out of chicken and they meant to call me. I was pissed off to say the least. Please do better at communicating with customers. I wasn’t told that they were out of chicken when i placed my order either. View all feedback.
Takeout order… Dry wings without any sauce on them… wings were all dried up no meat on them
Great food and service. It was just really warm upstairs. Will sit downstairs next time. Definitely going back.
This used to be one of the office's favorite lunch places. But it has done downhill. Ordered a lunch special, just a slice and salad...an hour later we are getting our slices that are so thin that you can see through them and on top of that they were cold. I feel bad for the server upstairs she was very pleasant, but clearly they are understaffed which I blame my service grade on. I used to love the pizza here and did not mind paying the premium price. But it will be a while before I go back
The food here was great and service was awesome as well. One thing I look at when I'm at any restaurant is how clean the restroom is, because of course if I have to use it, the employees do as well. When you're around food you want to definitely be clean and comfortable as possible. I would've given this location 5 stars but they definitely need to upgrade the restroom.
I've never had a bad meal at any other Mellow Mushroom but this one was bad. Pizza took so long to come out that the waitress took it off our bill, but when it finally came out we were all disappointed. Half baked and no where near as good as I would expect from this chain.
