My order was partially wrong. I had to go back up there and they fixed my order expeditiously. I can honestly say that this location strives for the best service possible. This is the best location in Columbia South Carolina.
Great customer service at McDonald's on Garners Ferry Road. The lady in front of me bought me breakfast. I was like, thank you so much. Now I must pay forward. God is good!!!?
Today was pretty good. From the window where they took my order to where I got my food. Everyone was polite and friendly. My order was correct and my food was hot. Keep up the good work. I appreciate it as a customer.
