The menu is simple but the flavors were there! We got beef bulgogi and I was amazed at the amount of meat! Granted each bulgogi dinner cost around $17.99 but still not bad with the amount of meat you are getting during these times where everything is getting expensive. They had a nice little crowd of people enjoying their meals in there. The hostess was quick and efficient. All the food that people ordered around loo... View all feedback.
What Priyanka Baghat doesn't like about Korea Garden:
I would give 0 if I could give 0. I feels so disappointed going to this place . I always go to seoul restaurant close to this place , however as that was closed early, I thought of trying here and immediately regretted it. I ordered 2 spicy pork meal and she ended up giving me 1 box of sides instead of two. I asked her that its 2 orders so I would either like 2 box of sides OR split it in 2 boxes even if the quantity... View all feedback.
I loved my food here, I forgot to rate it in the fall, but everybody was super understanding when I couldn’t pronounce some of the dishes. But the food was amazing.
Authentic Korean! I spent time in the service in South Korea. This restaurant is the real deal. If you are looking for authentic Korean cuisine in Columbia, this is the spot.
Warning! mandatory 15% gratuity is already included in the price. I have been going here for years and I remember this place being a whole lot nicer than what I experienced tonight. The amount of items on the menu have truly is bare minimum, and a lot of the menu is unfortunately on the mediocre end of edible korean food in the city. My bulgogi was more on the tasteless end, and the galbi was nearly as well cooked as it could have been. I have eaten quite a lot of korean food in my life, given as I used to basically live with another korean family. We support these small shops, but there is a line that I will not support in restaurants going forward, and that is mandatory gratuity. We always tip gratiously, however, it is insulting to sneak a 15% gratuity in the receipt without notification, people will most likely tip on top of this 15% without even knowing. Be careful, I don’t think we’ll be back unfortunately. I hope these items change.
This Korean family-style restaurant is incredibly clean and inviting. The unlimited complimentary side dishes are a fantastic touch. The fish cakes were exceptionally tasty, and the seafood pancake had wonderfully fresh octopus. The stone pot bibimbap was served at just the right temperature, and I absolutely loved it ~^ ^ Overall, a great dining experience!
Was looking for a place that gave an authentic taste and we were not disappointed. Fresh fast and hot.
