Kfc - Columbia

I did this to myself. My son was crying to eat. I opened the box, and I felt like I was robbed. The burnt up pieces of chicken. Dried up French fries like they were left out overnite. I want my money back. I will never ever go back. My son did pick at it. I went home and cooked him more clean, healthy chicken from the meat store on two notch rd by the sandhill mall.

The chicken is soggy oily and the breading is falling everywhere. This is not cooked right...the food is expensive do your job and make it look like your ad.

We stopped by because we were craving some fried chicken. There weren't really any cars outside except I'm guessing the employees. The drive through was busy though. A really nice fellow took our order and the wait wasn't anything much. The chicken was perfect, the coleslaw was tasty and the place was clean. All in all a great experience.

Not sure who trains the employees but I think the only qualification is can you breath? Stood at the counter for 10 mins. Three employees looked at me and never offered to assist. Ashamed customer service has reach these lows. Avoid this establishment and opt for gas station snacks.

I came thrue the drive- thru and ordered 40 bucks worth of food. I repeatedly and politely asked for sauce when I ordered, at the window and again after I had to pull up and wait. Then when they brought me some sauce it wasn't at all what I asked for.
