I didn't even want to give a star. Today was my first time to try Firehouse Sub. I walked in and the woman behind the countertop didn't even look up or said hi. Then another woman came with boxes and looked at me directly and said no word yet looked at me as if you had to move. I said this is the norm for the employees to be rude.
