What User doesn't like about Jj’s Barbecue:
I usually go through the drive-thru at this restaurant and expect to receive exactly what I ordered. However, this time I was disappointed. Despite requesting no onions and paying extra, my potato was dry with minimal cheese and only a small amount of meat. I would post a picture as proof, but I have no way to do so. In my opinion, this restaurant is overrated and overpriced. View all feedback.
Definitely was not as good as it normally is and I ordered a mule kicker potato and got regular bbq potato . All young teen staff from what I could see cutting up instead of making sure my order was right
On Wednesday, February 9th, 2022, I had a most awful experience with this restaurant. I ordered two pulled pork barbecue sandwiches, one large and the other regular, with nothing on them. Nothing. Plain. Meat and bun. Additionally, I ordered cheesy potatoes. They got everything wrong. Both sandwiches had slaw and mayo on them and the buns were soggy, as well. The meat was dry and tough. The potatoes tasted off and kinda stale, like they had been sitting for far too long. How hard is it to put meat on a bun and not add anything else? They had to do more work to screw it up!
Eating is very good. the personal is really nice. our trip was hot and ready for picking up.
I have called jj twice in the order of a non-profit organization that I represent to care for bbq and sides. both of them surpassed the expectations. the service was excellent, eating was done on time, the price was extremely reasonable, and eating was great. The BEST baked potato I’ve had in years! Mule Town Kicker… delicious… hot and fresh, plentiful, and great food presentation. I will be back!
