The food is consistently fresh, and the breadsticks are truly incredible! If you choose to dine in, you can enjoy unlimited breadsticks. The young women at the front counter are incredibly kind and clearly dedicated to their work; they are both friendly and helpful. It’s not often you come across such excellent service these days. I wholeheartedly recommend this location!

I stron... read more I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The salad consisted mostly of lettuce, and to make matters worse, I found a human hair in it. I strongly advise against visiting this place as it was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, I wouldn’t recommend using the bathroom facilities. As a visitor from Florida, I was really let down; this restaurant simply doesn’t live up to the expected standards.

Several outstan... read more I hold this restaurant in high regard and have been a loyal patron since it opened in 1995. However, I’ve noticed a decline in service recently. Several outstanding employees have left, which I think indicates that management is not performing as well as it used to. I frequently make a trip to this restaurant, only to find a sign on the door stating that the dining room is closed when it should be open. The sign attributes this to staffing issues, but I feel that the responsibility lies with management. It’s their job to hire and retain competent staff. It’s simply unacceptable for the dining area to be closed during operating hours.

Unfortunately, the dish I ordered was excessively oily. It felt as though the cook was more focused on chatting than on properly preparing the meal. I can't shake the feeling that if I were a man, I might have been treated differently—it's frustrating how some men can behave. I was on the phone the entire time while sitting outside, and honestly, if this level of oiliness is typical for all the dishes, that's concerning. I ordered the same meal last night because it’s usually my go-to here; the food is generally excellent, but this time it was overdone.

I als... read more After getting back to my office just five minutes away, I was pretty disappointed. The pizza showed up cold, and the fettuccine Alfredo lacked any flavor. I also tried the cheesecake, but it was soggy. The breadsticks were the only thing that saved the meal. For an Italian place, I expected a lot more. I've had better pasta at typical pizza spots than what I got here. I was hoping for a great meal, but with cold, tasteless food like that, I won’t be returning.
