What Jamesies likes about Chick-fil-a:
One thing that really bothers me about this restaurant is that they never seem to get my order right. I often receive the wrong items when I order, such as giving me honey mustard instead of Polynesian sauce. The service is lacking, as I usually have to ask to speak to the manager. The service and food were consistent as always, but I found it unusual that a local organization was taking donations in the drive-thru line. Furthermore, I had a volunteer from the Richland County Sheriff's Department approach my car window and ask for a donation, despite me explaining that I didn't have cash and had paid with a card.
