I consistently receive outstanding customer service here, and tonight was no exception. I had a 6-minute wait for the mac and cheese, but that was fine—I’m easygoing, so I just asked for some fries in the meantime. The staff member was extremely polite and even insisted on refunding me for the mac and cheese. Excellent job managing the entire situation! View all feedback. I waited much longer than expected for a carryout order I had placed well in advance. When I finally got my order, I received only four packets of sauce for two family-sized nugget meals. My $8 chicken sandwich had a chicken breast that was half the size of what you usually get at Chick-fil-A, along with two tomato ends that made for a less than appetizing presentation.
