Buffalo Wild Wings - Columbia

We waited for over 15 minutes and got no service. Even after asking for a server. Worst service ever. They were not busy and there were several employees available, but talking to each other instead of serving customers.

I had the worst experience today. I order and visit many locations and today was the worst. My order wasn 't right, then they fixed my fries like it was for a happy meal. The associate at the order pick up is ratchet, ill msnnered and incompetent. Hair swinging to the floor and nails that will poke your eye out from a mile away. I had to drive back 20 minutes while on hold to get my fries the way I ordered. They gave me my fries, never apologized and didn 't offer to compensate me in any way. Then I call customer service to complainvand he tried to dumb me down with stories of his 6 kids. I am NOT HAPPY with the service I have received today and unless someone with sense and genuine concern reach out I will LOUDLY tell people do not visit the Devine st location in Columbia SC.

Second time in a row this location has been under satisfactory. First time I ordered wings over the phone the gentleman sounded annoyed like he did not want to take any orders at all. Like he was working there as community service. He was unprofessional and sounded like over the phone orders were an annoyance. When I arrived, the wings were burnt and small. Today, I decided to give this location one more chance… I placed an order for pickup EARLY in the morning, for a pickup time of 1100pm. I called at 1000pm to confirm my order will be ready at 1000pm and they said that it would be. I arrived at 1100pm and they had No idea who I was, or what my order was. As I sit here, 15 minutes passed my pickup time, I see a female worker vaping in the back and just chilling on her phone. They just told me they are just now starting on the order. I placed this order at 11am for a 11pm pickup. Confirmed at 10pm that if be okay to pickup at 11pm. This location is a joke.

The BWW near me closed. This was a wonderful experience! The wings were great and the service was great. I don't care to watch MMA fights while I eat, but so be it.

The waitress was incredible. Amazing and totally on top of it the whole time. We came in late after seeing Bert kreischer and she was absolutely fantastic. The food though was iffy at best. Super down hill in quality. But she was fantastic.
