The meat is always served piping hot, tender, and delicious. Recently, I’ve noticed a change in KFC’s fries—maybe they updated the recipe—but those crispy, seasoned fries are so good that I often order two servings, even in the largest size available! Also, the chicken pot pie is a favorite any time of day. And if you enjoy spicy food, the Nashville Hot chicken tenders are absolutely mouth-watering and packed with heat. Overall, my rating for KFC’s menu is 4.5 out of 5 stars!

I used the drive-thru and initially couldn’t understand a w... read more The food at KFC was good and served hot. However, the service was poor until the manager intervened. I used the drive-thru and initially couldn’t understand a word the young man spoke. I thought the speaker was the problem, but it wasn’t. When I reached the window, I still couldn’t understand anything he said except to pull forward. I barely received a receipt. After waiting for more than five minutes, I decided to go inside and order at the counter. After about two minutes, someone finally asked if I needed help. When I explained my order and the wait, the lady left to get the manager, who seemed to be the only person who actually knew what was going on. He quickly resolved the issue and generously added two extra chicken breasts to my order. He was very apologetic and friendly. The manager is definitely an asset to KFC, unlike the rest of the staff.

The biscuit was cold and bland. The mashed potatoes were just average. Despite only having three customers, the service was slow. I won’t be returning to this location.
